Description: Next,we focused on the interaction in the cytoplasm, more specifically, the leading edge (Figure 2F, circle) and perinuclear regions (Figure 2F, square). In immortalized MEFs (Figures 2H and 2I), we found that ZBP1 bound b-actin mRNAs almost equally in both compartments (p > 0.1) (Figure 2J). It has been shown that b-actin mRNA localizes to the leading edge of primary fibroblasts.
