Description: The results show that the distribution of full-length H19 RNA is similar to that of IMP-1 (21) by being either evenly distributed in areas with confluent growth-arrested cells (88% of transfected cells) or, as illustrated in Fig.8 B, localized to the leading edge of lamellipodia and perinuclear regions in dispersed proliferating cells (42% of transfected cells).
