Description: Using these criteria, we obtained lower number of annotated transcripts (6,187 transcripts or 3,437 genes) compared to that when RPKM values were considered (Fig. S5 and Table S1). As a result, some transcripts showed high coverage with CDSs criteria (for example, ATPIF1) in exosomal RNA from MDA-MB-231 cells, even when the number of reads was small (less than 5) (Fig. 6B). Such genes were also taken into consideration in our analysis. Data are collected from Table S1.
