| Description: To further investigate whether Reg1 localizes to translationally active polysomes, HeLa cell lysates were subjected to polysome fractionations ( Figure 3 E). Immunoblot analysis revealed that endogenous Reg1 localized in polysomal fractions in addition to non-polysome (non-ribosome and 40S-80S) fractions ( Fig- ure 3 E), though Roquin-1 and -2 were localized in the non-poly- some fractions. | |||
