Description: Axonal mRNA levels for each of the 50 transcripts were determined using axonal RNA isolates for reverse transcription followed by quantitative PCR (qPCR). The qPCR results are detailed in Table I. These data show both ligand and transcript specificity for the regulation of axonal mRNA levels.
