Description: The relative partitioning of both cytosolic (ACTB, H3.3) and ER-bound (MDR1, CANX) transcripts between both fractions was marked, despite the small carryover of cytosol in the ER fraction (Fig. 2B). Polysome profile analyses from the isolated fractions indicated that these transcripts migrated in polyribosome-containing fractions (Fig. 2C). Notably, the distribution of ER-bound transcripts between the ER and cytosol did not change on arsenite treatment of NCI/ADR-RES cells (Fig. 2D). Data are collected from Figure 2.
