Description: Individual microRNAs showed a wide range of relative enrichment ratios (fig.3). The lowest ratio was observed with mir-143, which was ?7-fold less abundant in the SYN fraction than in the total homogenate, whereas on the other hand, mir-200c was ?5-fold more abundant in the SYN fraction.
