Description: We found strong concordance when ranking the different RNAs based on their abundance in the shuttle RNA. We calculated the correlation between the (ranked) small shuttle RNA sequencing data of the replicates. A high correlation was observed between the replicates (Pearson鈥檚 correlation 0.97, P-value <2.2e-16; Supplementary Figure S1). Data are collected from Figure S1.
