Description: Exosomes are enriched with miRNA: Small RNA libraries of the samples described above were constructed for small RNA-seq by NGS. The number of miRNA identified in this study was 943 of 2,233 known mature miRNA from miRBase V.20. Mapping to Ensembl Release 74 was performed to identify other non-coding RNA such as tRNA, rRNA, small nucleolar RNA (snoRNA) and LincRNA. The average across all 3 samples was calculated to obtain a representative profile of biological diversity between patients (standard deviations of reads in Supplementary file)
