Description: The TaqMan miRNA Array Card version 3.0, which includes 766 mature miRNAs, detected the presence of miRNAs in both the microvesicles and the supernatant. A total of 120 miRNAs (cycle threshold [Ct] <37) were found in the in microvesicles extracted from 8 mL fresh follicular fluid, and 82 miRNAs (Ct <37) were expressed in 500 uL supernatant (Table 2).
