Description: For a more comprehensive assessment of exosomal miRNAs we ran two miRNA microarrays: one microarray was hybridized with microRNAs from parotid saliva against microRNAs from submandibular saliva from the same normal volunteer, and the second microarray was hybridized with miRNAs from parotid saliva from a normal volunteer against miRNAs from a Sjogren's syndrome patient saliva sample (Table 1). Data are collected from Table 1: list of the most highly expressed human microRNAs in parotid exosomes.
