Description: To distinguish miRNA signatures between melanoma cell-derived exosomes and normal melanocyte-derived exosomes, we compared the miRNome in A375 and HEMa-LP exosomes. We identified 130 miRNAs upregulated and 98 miRNAs downregulated in A375 versus HEMa-LP exosomes (Table S6). Data are collected from table S6.
