Description: Fibronectin mRNA were essentially located in cytoplasm, associated with the rough endoplasmic reticulum (fig 5a, b, c), but a few grains were observed in the nucleus around the nucleolus (fig 5d). In some instances, the location of the label is obviously over the rough membranes of the endoplasmic reticulum (fig 5c).
