Description: We previously demonstrated that SRO7 mRNA undergoes polarized transport, along with cortical ER, to the bud tip11. Thus, PEX3 mRNA localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum, as seen previously11, and Pex3 is functional after MS2L integration into the PEX3 locus. We observed typical tubular-punctate mitochondrial morphology with Oxa1-RFP19.
