Enter a GO term list and select a population genetic feature, you can obtain the genetic differences of the GO terms among 11 HapMap sample populations.
Help for selecting population features:
(1) Maf reflects the property in the allele frequency.
(2) Fst is the Weir and Cockerham's F-statistics.
(3) r2 reflects the degree of linkage disequilibrium.
(4) D prime reflects the degree of linkage disequilibrium.
(5) Block number is the number of block in a region.
(6) block_size reflects the length of LD blocks.
(7) Snp_dens reflects the SNP density in high LD regions.
(8) hap_div reflects the haplotype diversity in high LD regions.
(9) tag_perc reflects the proportion of tagSNP.
(10) Cap_perc reflects the ability of tagSNPs to capture the SNPs.
(11) max_r2 reflects the degree of linkage disequilibrium between tagSNP and captured SNP.
Here, you can search the population genetic differences of single gene, KEGG pathway and GO category.
